Ingredients for the recipe of balls of ice cream with crunchy and strawberry topping: 1 litre of ice cream of vanilla 1 cup toasted coconut 1 tablespoon brown sugar Cup cinnamon powder 1 cup chopped pistachio wafer crackers 1 cup of sweet peanuts preparation of balls of ice cream with crunchy and strawberry topping recipe: We ready a big tin lined with plastic wrap. We make 8 balls of ice cream with an ice cream spoon and carry them to the freezer. We toast the coconut with a little sugar in a frying pan until they are golden and crispy and had a dish. Other three dishes we ready with cinnamon powder, pistachio wafer biscuits, chopped and sweet peanut.
We got the balls of ice cream from the freezer and went 2 for each of the dishes until they cover them well. We return to the freezer a couple of minutes so that they are secure. Meanwhile We prepare a strawberry sauce cooking a box of strawberries cut into quarters with the juice of an orange and 1 cup sugar. When the sauce thickens, remove from heat and serve in a bowl.
