Training the coach especially the inner attitude and practice among click interiors of a graduate. It’s one of those moments where everything is in its place comes and gives a complete picture. In search of a coach training was such a moment for me in the summer of 2009. I just knew that there could be no any training. In the sea of countless training and different names I was looking for, especially after the coaching ethics corresponding to me”. From her, I had concrete ideas. That this ethical stance called, which I learned later.
“That attitude carried a name, I learned that at the moment, as it click” made. I was looking for a coaching framework, meaning accompaniment, not advice. I was looking for an approach that allows its independence and individuality the clients, which clearly distinguishes between the responsibility for the questions and the answers. An approach that provides the solution to the fore and that allows the client to find out for themselves which the best solution is out of the range of the conceivable possibilities for him. I was looking for an approach in which clear and wanted that the coach knows everything don’t from the outset and piecemeal to teach the client is. What I had in mind was the coaching process as a journey: coach and client are two traveling companions on the way into the unknown. While the coach offers the navigation material, map, compass, distance meter etc.
Read the maps and the compass needle make knocking out, but only the client can do that. And at the end of the trip, both are a little bit smarter. Then I got a note on the book advice without advice”by Sonja Radatz. Reading this I made it click had reached the first milestone of my quest: I wanted to be a systemic coach.
