I was looking for an approach in which clear and wanted that the coach knows everything don’t from the outset and piecemeal to teach the client is. What I had in mind was the coaching process as a journey: coach and client are two traveling companions on the way into the unknown. While the coach offers the navigation material, map, compass, distance meter etc.
Read the maps and the compass needle make knocking out, but only the client can do that. And at the end of the trip, both are a little bit smarter.
